| Senior Flight Instructor
Proven experience in training from ab-initio phase, leading to commercial pilot license standards. Possession of CPL/IR/FI and minimum of 750 hrs instructional time, out which 200hrs imparting instruction in ab-initio phase with a FTO conducting approved integrated courses.
Ground Instructor
Minimum of 2 years experience as a ground Instructor, having worked in accordance with JAA-FCL standards, preparing pupil pilots from ab-initio phase to private, commercial license examination.
Asst; Flight Instructors.
Possession of CPL/IR/AFI, with minimum 200 hrs instructional time.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
General Aviation “single/multi – piston class” experience, possession of AMEL with A&C, E,R&I categories.
Minimum 7 yrs experience, out of which 3 yrs in a managerial position in GA industry.
Technicians.
Technicians with one year experience with a FBO, working on “piston class” fixed wing aircraft..
* All above positions shall hold a current license, acceptable to CAD-Maldives.
Base Co-Ordinator
Preferably with a PPL, with 2 yrs administrative experience, able to manage and co-ordinate daily routine of the FTA and reporting to HOT/CEO
